ERA's story starts long before the company. Thomas-Xavier Mercado learned the trade alongside his father, who spent more than 15 years in epoxy coatings and concrete finishing. That's where he understood what makes a floor last: careful preparation, precision and work done with rigour.
When he founded ERA, his goal was simple: build a company where quality, service and integrity come before profit. That philosophy guides every project. From a residential garage to an industrial building, we apply the same standard, no compromise.
