Who we are
This website is operated by 9484-1087 Québec inc. (Quebec business number 1178403524), doing business as ERA Époxy Rénovation.
This policy explains what personal information we collect on eraepoxy.com, why, who it is shared with, and what your rights are.

What we collect, and why
When you fill out the form on eraepoxy.com, we collect only this:
- Votre prénom et votre nom : pour savoir à qui nous parlons
- Votre numéro de téléphone : pour vous rappeler avec votre prix
- Votre courriel : pour vous envoyer la soumission par écrit
- Votre ville et l'adresse des travaux : pour savoir si c'est dans notre territoire et estimer le déplacement
- Le type de projet (chosen from a list) : pour choisir le bon produit
- L'espace à couvrir (chosen from a list) : pour préparer un prix juste
- Le système voulu (chosen from a list) : pour préparer un prix juste
- Votre échéancier (chosen from a list) : pour placer votre projet au bon moment dans l'horaire
Nothing else
We do not ask for your date of birth, social insurance number, or banking information. We do not buy lists, and we do not collect anything without your knowledge.
How this information reaches us
Our only means of collection are the website form, which you fill out voluntarily.
Cookies and tracking tools

What the site keeps in your browser
The site saves a few settings on your device. They go nowhere and are not used to identify you:

Who your information is shared with
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not trade it with anyone for advertising. It goes only to the providers that let us operate:
- DripJobs, for gestion de la relation client: vos coordonnées et les détails de votre projet, pour que votre demande soit suivie et ne se perde pas
- Google (Gmail), for acheminement du courriel: le contenu de votre demande, livré dans la boîte de courriel de l'entreprise
- Vercel, for hébergement du site: les données techniques de votre visite, et le journal décrit plus bas
- JNT Productions, for conception du site et mesure de fréquentation: les pages consultées, sans témoin ni identifiant personnel
Where this information is processed
These providers are North American companies. Your information may therefore be processed or hosted in North America, in particular for website hosting and message delivery.
We choose providers that contractually commit to protecting your information and to using it only for the service they provide to us.
One specific case we would rather tell you about
Si notre système prend votre envoi pour du pourriel, ou dans le cas rare où aucun de nos canaux d'envoi ne parviendrait à livrer votre demande, selon le cas votre prénom seul, ou l'ensemble de ce que vous avez inscrit dans le formulaire are written to our host's technical log. It is a safety net: it exists so that a request is not lost if delivery fails.
These logs are kept by the host for a short period, are not consulted in normal operation, and are never used for anything other than recovering a lost request.
Who has access
Your information arrives in ERA Époxy Rénovation's email inbox and is read by the people who handle requests. The website makes it available to no one else.
How long we keep it
The website itself keeps nothing: it has no database. Your message is passed along, and the site no longer holds it.
Once received, your information is kept by ERA Époxy Rénovation for as long as needed to answer you and, if a business relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship and any period required by law. It is then destroyed.
You can ask us to delete it sooner: see your rights, below.
How it is protected
The site is served entirely over HTTPS: what you type is encrypted between your browser and us. Access to the inboxes and tools that receive your information is password-protected and limited to the people who need it.
No system is infallible. If an incident affected your information and posed a serious risk, we would notify you and the Commission d'accès à l'information, as the law requires.
Refusing, and what it changes
Filling out the form is voluntary. If you would rather not type anything online, call or email us: we will then only have what you tell us. The only effect of refusing is that we cannot reply to you in writing.
You can withdraw your consent at any time, without having to explain yourself.
Your rights
Quebec law gives you the right, regarding your personal information, to:
- know what we hold and obtain a copy of it (access)
- have anything inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous corrected (rectification)
- withdraw your consent and ask us to stop using it
- ask for its deletion
- ask to receive it in a common computerized format (portability)
How to exercise these rights
Write to us at info@erabuild.ca. We reply within the 30 days set by law. We may need to verify your identity before releasing information: that is to protect you.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca), which has the power to review your file.
